Robert Sons, PhD

Having earned a PhD in Cell and Developmental Biology from UNC Chapel Hill, Rob pivoted to a commercial-first perspective as part of and alongside drug development teams at the National Cancer Institute, in a venture studio, and in a late-clinical stage startup, developing a deep appreciation for how hard it is to extract reliable signal from complex biological systems. That background gives him an appreciation of the challenges Golgi's clients face; he's here to make sure that Golgi's science finds its audience.
